March 10 & 11, 2010 Puppies are three days old and still have their eyes closed. Funny how they can track Mia down and find that teat without seeing. Her whelping box is huge. Look closely at the pictures Dianna took, you will see some really tiny tongues. All is going well, the pups are all strong and really gaining weight. Soon they will look like real Golden Retriever puppies, instead of little squirrels. Mia looks well, doesn't seem stressed and is being a wonderful mom. She is pretty slick. She gets the puppies fed and settled and then she comes to ask to go outside for a break. The pups are active and sleep a lot. No noisy or complaining pups yet. Dianna says they're so cute. I say they are boring, I want to play with them, not just hold them.

Three days old only took a couple of pictures
